What is Karate
Karate is the Japanese system of self-defence, often referred to as 'Empty Hand', due to it's grace and beauty when performed. This should not detract from the fact however, that Karate is also a very powerful and effective martial art.

2008 training starts week beginning Mon 7th January.Gradings by invitation only approximately every 3 to 6 months subject to attendence to lessons and demonstration of pupils ability at the descretion of Sensei.Dates correct until July.
